I have a schlage connect camelot deadbolt.

I have the schlage connect z wave model be469. I pulled the hub batteries and unplugged it and then after powering back up it worked fine for about 24 hours now it shows this issue again. So far some things i love and some things i find really frustrating with smartthings. Yale push button deadbolt door lock b1l yrd110.

I got it to enroll and connect with no issue but then it had trouble reporting status and was showing unavailable. Schlage has enabled connectivity with smart things for all of the models of smart locks it manufactures. Actually several of my devices started doing this. The lock is almost directly underneath the hub in my basement. I installed this lock in january 2019 along with rboy lock apps. My latest frustration is with my door lock. With wink all i had to do was add the device and then i was able to get push notifications every time it was locked unlocked i could view code.

Then about a month ago it started going to unavailable. I installed all the latest rboy versions thinking that may solve the problem to. All the features that are enabled by smartthings for schlage connect work the same for other types of schlage smart locks. Smartthings works with door locks.

It worked great for the past two years. Add a little smartness to your things. Smartthings works with door locks.
